USE OF DATA We amalgamate pixel, engagement, email list and user data across accounts to create master lists. These lists are not shared directly between clients, they are used for analysis and algorithm input to create better reports, understanding and targeting for all our clients - the more data they have the better it works. This data is used across client accounts for mutual benefit anonymously.


NO GUARANTEE OF 3RD PARTY SERVICE/PRODUCT RECOMMENDATIONS Our access to 3rd party services, such as (but not limited to) Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) is not guaranteed. If your account is flagged restricted or banned, by signing this agreement you acknowledge and agree that we will not be liable for any losses or damages, whether indirect, incidental, special or consequential, in profits, goods or services, irrespective of whether or not you have been advised or otherwise might have anticipated the possibility of such loss or damage. Additionally, we will work with you to recover your account or create a new one; this will not terminate this agreement or alter our service fees.
